After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, Rosa started her real estate career in 2001 from a management background and has developed into an outstanding area specialist.
Throughout Rosa's time in real estate, she has regularly achieved awards in the Top 10 sales people, and also the number 1 female achiever with a platinum award for the 07-08 year with another real estate group.
Rosa believes the key to residential sales is a strong marketing campaign, constant communication, courteous and diligent follow up with clients, strong negotiation skills and the ambition to be number 1 in the business.
Rosa's involvement with the Langwarrin Community has been the President of the Langwarrin Business Network, one of the Founders of the Langwarrin Chamber of Commerce and has been the Treasurer for the Langwarrin Township Committee.
