Eview Group shines bright during 2020 REB Awards
On Thursday 25th June 2020, real estate agents across the country attended the ‘virtual’ 2020 Real Estate Business Awards. Dressed to impress, and victory on the minds of many, the evening saw an unveiling of over 30 winners across a diverse range of categories, recognising excellence across the entire real estate industry.
The Eview Group is proud to announce, that from 7 finalist nominations, 3 of our Eview Group network’s aspiring and innovative members were among the 30, crowned winners on the night.
Our Corporate Administrator, Steph Proios was named winner of Office Administrator of the Year. This award identifies the unsung hero of any real estate business, recognising the office administrator that has most effectively supported the business in which he/she works.
Newcomer to the sales arena, and cherished team member of our Eview Group-Mornington Peninsula agency, Sarah Baker, was crowned Newcomer of the Year. Acknowledging the agent who excels on both the process of assessing buyers’ needs, identifying, negotiating, and securing properties, matched with the communication and interpersonal skills that improve the client experience.
Our always astonishing, over-achieving dedicated Principal and Licenced Estate Agent, Jarrod Carman was also crowned Principal of the Year, within the regional category. This award was given to the principal from regional Australia that has built the most successful real estate office or group of interconnected offices. The office was also judged on its ability to generate outstanding sales results backed with a solid rent roll; and a company that attracts top talent matched with a winning culture.
The awards, now in their 8th year, pinpoint professional development, and innovation, highlighting both the individuals, and firms, paving the way for the industry.
REB editor, Emma Ryan addressed the ‘virtual room’ as she opened the evening, highlighting the altered format of the awards ceremony, yet acknowledged ‘the goal of it remains the same – and that is to recognise the outstanding accomplishments of the real estate professionals right across Australia.’

REB, in partnership with ListReady, is pleased to announce the recipients of this year’s REB Awards.
The REB Awards 2020 was held on Thursday, 25 June, via a Live Broadcast. Now in its eighth year, the REB Awards is the benchmark for excellence in real estate.
Over 30 winners were crowned across a diverse range of categories last night, covering agents, networks, innovators, leaders and property managers.
“This year’s REB Awards looks a little bit different, but the goal of it remains the same — and that is to recognise the outstanding accomplishments of real estate professionals right across Australia,” REB editor Emma Ryan said in her opening speech.
“Throughout the course of the evening, we’ll be identifying the top talent that make up this important industry, each of whom demonstrates a passion for property and exudes strong professional performance and leadership capabilities.
